Recharges yes you can do more than 2 per type.
The limit is just on new purchases.

I might be interested in a size token, but I couldn't find current price of standard bred Wyrms, so I'm not sure if I could afford one. What's the cost for a bred standard?

The prices on the wiki are accurate to the last update of our price guide.
Please keep in mind that standards VARY depending on complexity, which is why it says $120+.
