Will you allow for me to let my sister and one of my best friends use my paypal and my address? I'm going to attempt to get at least a standard or mini, my sis wants something green and no telling what he's after. I just want to get this all out of the way now so we avoid trouble, if we're all on and manage to get a spot in the same stream.

You can purchase items for them, but you have to sign up for the stream-slot under your name.
You pick out the items and pay for them.
It keeps us from having to worry about anyone trying to get around the 1 per stream restriction.

Is there a range of times to choose from? Or is that just kind of up to us to say a time we'd like to go for as dealers? (Like how during a convention dealers den opens and closes at specified times.)

Nope. No specific times.
The idea is to try to cater to as many different time zones as we can.

We just want to have an idea of when you're going to run things.
Obviously, we don't want to have six people running things at the same time.
