We left Seattle on our lovely cruise ship, and our first port of call was Juneau. Gary and I booked a trip on a helicopter to go to the Mendenhall glacier. We had a tour that would take three hours on the ice. I was worried I would not be able to climb about and such, but I wanted to do it.....
Oh look at this equipment! so much gear to wear for our climb on the glacier!
