Oh no, Briar!! I do have a copy of the customs form from when it was sent. Could we wait a few weeks in case it was held by customs or is otherwise taking a while??

Is there a barcode or serial number on the customs form? The one we use shipping from the us into Canada has a serial number that acts as a tracking number, even though its not advertised as such.

There's no barcode, but I can try to start a claim with Canada Post. Briar, have you received it yet? Can you keep me posted? If it doesn't show up over the next few weeks, I can refund it.
