MFF + Registry Question

i was wondering if there may be a handler gathering at MFF this year? I also really want to know if there might be a standard wyrm if HMS gets into the Artist Alley?

On the registry thing, my first farm breeding baby towards the Swine Flu breed, I registered her back in September when I got her in the mail. She's still not under my name, or the registry at all. Is there a giant backlog? I want to take my wyrms to MFF, but I refuse to show my winter 2013 baby off before she's in the registry.

There are no plans for any official meet-up at MidwestFurfest.
Unfortunately, we didn't get in to the Dealer's Den, so while HopefulMonster and I are attending MFF, we are mostly going as attendees, not as sellers.

Yes, to answer your question, there is a backlog.

We are making significant strides to get things into the registry, but it will take a bit of time.
We (the registry staff) get to have a holiday, too. =3
Then back to work on Monday.

Oh, I must have missed it from my phone. Everything is tiny here. I was hoping it was just a backlog and not something I did wrong. I'm glad you guys get holidays.

I'm waiting patiently for the dragons' registry to catch up too. I've got starstrike twins and a stock girl to register. My autistic nephew is owner of two of them. He asked me to get pictures of our dragons and my wyrms enjoying the convention.

Darn! No meetup. I was hoping to meet some other handlers there. Maybe I can find some handlers and have an unofficial random meet?

It's just a bit of a backlog, as Zia mentioned. I'be just gotten some spare time now that most of my large assignments for my degree are done, so I'm hoping to spend time over th next few days to relieve the backlog.

There isn't a registered meet-up, but there will be lots of wyrm-folk there. As soon as they find out what table in Artists' Alley D gets (assuming she does) they will flock over there. I will be stuck at my table in the Den tho. I will probably have one of my wyrms at my table to keep me company.

I just checked the MFF links and yup! I usually get a little print with badge clips for my younger sisters and mother when I go to a convention. I will certainly have to stop by and say hi when you're not too busy. :3
