Well, regardless of whether it was damaged or not, you can sell a wyrm for up to 2x purchase price, acknowledging damage or repairs doesn't affect anyone's ability to do that AFAIK. I dunno about other people, but I figure to be on the safe side sellers should always mention any known previous damage even if it's not visible or was repaired. Me personally, I don't want a buyer to come back and complain, "you didn't tell me about X problem!!1"
For example, if a previous repair isn't structurally sound, it's not a surprise if it breaks/comes loose again. If it has a chip but it's usually hidden under the fur and then the buyer happens to run a finger over the area and feel it, it's not a surprise. Etc. JMO.
