I'm not sure about the rock itself since it's polished. I don't think it's ocean jasper, though. Ocean jasper is usually easy to identify, even while polished, because of the spotted crystals. I don't see the same pattern in this rock.
However, I can tell you that the rosettes are definitely watermelon tourmaline. (:

Ironically the spheres in the link are also ruby in fuchsite even though they're labeled zoisite.
