I'm interested. 06776, mewrose@gmail.com. Though do you have any idea if they would be toxic to pets? My cat seems to have a tendency to nibble on potted plants. I'd try to keep her away from the tiny baby plant anyway, but just in case.

Willows are generally toxic to cats because they have salicylic acid in their bark.

Thanks. I should probably err on the side of caution and not get one of the curly willows, then.

Yeah I tend to keep mine in the bitty greenhouse, or on a shelf my cats don't bother/can't get to easily.Nicky in particular is horrible about eating houseplants.
It's funny, because Willowbark tea is a good mild pain killer and fever reducer. Just another good for humans, bad for pets plant I guess.

Nomora, Snape and deer actually went out already, so should be to you either today or tomorrow. I can definitely pack yours and Jen's cuttings together no problem though. Will slip some bubble wrap between to pad them out.

Everyone else who commented, I'll be headed to the uspo site today to see what shipping costs it gives me. Going to hunt up some boxes and see what fits in what, since some of the cuttings are a good deal longer or wider than others.

When I worked in the plant department of my store, I was always amazed at how fast curly willow took toot and grew leaves in flower arrangements.

Derrrrp. While moving a few things I realized that Nomora your box was sitting on my chair in the studio. So, I'll pop the cuttings in with the wyrms and just wrap them in plastic to protect the fluffs. :)
