After seeing Chernobyl I just have to get a slot! The baby will be from two shrieker parents for sure, but I want to wait and see which ones I get from the breeding season before I make my final decision.

Good questions.
I'd say, throw the basic idea up here.
I will approve the basic idea.(I.e. you've got a curse slot.)
When breeding season comes around, you apply for the breeding slot set aside for minis. When you are approved for the slot, you write your story and make your charitable donation. This is where D and Arazia approve your breeding.(remember too that slots each season will be limited!)
Remember, the story is what gives the artist the idea on how to curse your new wyrm. Make it interesting! Remember too, that no one in their right mind would deliberately curse their baby. You are making a wish for something GOOD, and Crowley is going to twist it into a curse instead.
I just reread this and realized that maybe I violated the spirit of this just a bit, namely to ask Crowley for "something good" since Tiri is asking for a baby who will (hopefully) convince people to stop asking her for breedings by being so terrifying that the humans leave her alone.

Yes, they were very cute. Though to be fair, anything aside from the initial request is not being considered for the baby. Otherwise, people could continue to add more and more specific clarifications, and really, that's not the point. Demons don't typically let you revise your contract once it's signed on the dotted line, so to speak. Tiri will just have to wait and see the result.

I think Tiri was trying to reenforce her initial request, not alter it. She sent Crowley something that she thought he would find inspiring from the "dark, creepy and (if my co worker is to be believed) scary" section of my playlist (I suppose it could have been much worse *imagines Crowley trying to listen to more than 2 seconds of "Cats on Mars" from the Cowboy Bebop sound track*). She isn't that far from being a demon herself, after all. I expect Reth's request to go unheeded, though I am hoping it doesn't backfire.
I suppose the next step is my animal charity donation, in the process of securing my curse slot.
